Our story began in 1993 with a vision by Vrandavan Jagad. Initially known as Vrandavan Textiles, we embarked on our journey by manufacturing RP Monofilament Cloth and Niwar. From these foundational threads, a commitment to quality and innovation began to take shape.

Over the years, we recognized the evolving needs of our customers and the potential within the plastics industry. Building upon our expertise with recycled polyethylene (RP), we strategically expanded our offerings. We moved beyond our initial range to include semi-virgin and virgin materials, demonstrating our adaptability and dedication to providing comprehensive solutions.

A significant milestone in our journey arrived in 2018 when we proudly rebranded ourselves as Vrandavan Plastic - Your Trusted Partner in Every Strand. This new identity reflected our core focus and our unwavering commitment to being a reliable source for high-quality plastic products.

We have broadened our manufacturing capabilities to encompass a wide array of products, including durable HDPE Ropes, versatile HDPE Yarn, and strong HDPE Twine. This expansion allows us to serve a wider range of industries and applications, always with the same dedication to quality that defined our beginnings.

Established in 1993 in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, Vrandavan Plastics has grown from a specialized monofilament weaving unit into an integrated enterprise combining primary polymer raw material trading with high-tenacity HDPE monofilament extrusion and downstream technical textile manufacturing.

For more than 31 years, we have served as a trusted partner to plastic processors, technical weavers, net manufacturers, marine cordage makers, and wholesale hardware distributors across India. By controlling the entire industrial value chain—from sourcing primary petrochemical resins to precision extrusion of HDPE yarn and converting downstream products like Ropes, Twine, Niwar, and cloth—we provide industrial buyers with factory-direct pricing, verified batch quality, and prompt dispatch.

What We Do: Integrated Industrial Capabilities

Our operations bridge the gap between primary petrochemical refiners and downstream manufacturing plants through two core divisions:

1. Commercial Polymer Trading Desk

We supply prime virgin, near-prime, and commercial off-grade polymer resins directly to injection molders, blow molders, pipe extruders, and raffia units. By maintaining direct sourcing relationships with primary petrochemical refiners and global producers, we eliminate multi-tier broker markups and offer transparent, formula-linked pricing on bulk truckload orders.

  • Core Resins Supplied : HDPE Raffia & Moulding, PP Raffia & Moulding, LLDPE/LDPE Film Grades, PE100 Pipe Grade, and Custom Compounded Polymers.

2. Precision Extrusion & Technical Manufacturing

At our Bhavnagar manufacturing facility, we transform prime virgin polymer resins into high-performance industrial yarns and converted technical products:

  • HDPE Monofilament Yarns & Stitching Cones : High-tenacity, UV-stabilized virgin yarns engineered for high-speed circular looms, agro-shade netting, fishing nets, and automated bag stitching.
  • HDPE Twine : High-strength twisted and braided monofilament twine (0.50 mm to 2.0 mm) engineered with superior knot-holding capacity, abrasion resistance, and UV protection for marine net mending, agricultural crop support, and heavy industrial packaging.
  • HDPE Ropes : High-tensile 3-strand and braided cordage built with UV-stabilized virgin polymer, delivering zero water absorption and superior breaking strength for marine fisheries, agriculture, and heavy transport lashing.
  • HDPE Niwar : Heavy-duty woven monofilament webbing (0.50" to 2.0") engineered for high load-bearing capacity, vibrant colorfastness, and zero-sag durability across folding furniture, mattress piping, and industrial bag handles.
  • HDPE Monofilament Cloth : Precision-woven open-mesh fabric (70 to 120 GSM) designed for uniform pore consistency, anti-clogging industrial filtration, salt pan harvesting, agricultural drying beds, and bag manufacturing.
